Required Expertises

DESCRIPTION

The Institut National de Santé Publique du Québec (INSPQ) approached Beslogic to develop a digital tool for a study on the dental health of elementary school students in Quebec.

First, our team took care to understand the needs of INSPQ in order to provide a software solution that would perfectly match the requirements of the study.

Developed on Access and integrated with Microsoft Office, this tool should be available offline to allow dentists and their assistants to enter data even in the most remote regions of the province's far north.

Within a very tight deadline, our experts were able to develop an application that included forms with custom validation parameters. Once the information was entered into the system following a student's evaluation, it was migrated to a centralized server that brought together all the data from all the regions to allow health specialists to perform an analysis and draw up an overall picture of the study results.

RESULTS

The study was a great success! Our client was very satisfied with the rapidity with which our team was able to develop an efficient, effective and easy-to-use software solution, minimizing data entry errors.
